Yoga & Sound: A space to slow down, reconnect and feel good
Yoga and Sound Healing are practices that invite you to slow down and reconnect with your body, breath, self and the beautiful present moment. They offer a profound sense of presence and relaxation, helping you feel grounded, peaceful, and alive.


For over 12 years, yoga has been my anchor, guiding me back to myself. Through mindful movement and intentional breath, yoga has taught me to move beyond self-judgment and embrace love and kindness towards myself. It began as a practice for the body but has grown into a way of being—a path to deeper connection and inner peace.
My journey with sound healing started during my time in Berlin, where sound baths offered me deep relaxation and inspiration. I was struck by the way sound could soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create a sense of inner harmony. Over time, I integrated sound healing into my yoga classes, weaving together these complementary practices to create deeply nourishing experiences.

Yoga and Sound Healing hold a special place in my heart, because they are practices that give the precious gifts of peace and connection.

Whether through mindful movement or the healing vibrations of sound, my classes are designed to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we explore ways to cultivate presence, peace, and connection, even amidst life’s challenges.
I love Sian’s classes. I always have a feeling like she just knows what I need that day. I feel so welcomed, and it’s like stepping into a safe space where I can relax and stretch my body and my mind 🙂 all while being guided by her soothing voice. My husband and I discovered Sian’s Vinyasa class by chance one day, and we’ve been returning every Sunday ever since. She’s knowledgeable and kind, and her warm presence creates a soothing atmosphere that always leaves us feeling nourished. Beyond her Vinyasa classes, she also leads transformative sound baths, meditation sessions, and women’s circles which we’ve also attended and loved. We’ve also brought friends and family to her classes, and they all come away feeling renewed.
