It’s the simple things 🤍

Just got back to Berlin and so happy to be home!

Taking a moment to just be, my heart is so full of love and gratitude for the simple BIG things like:

- being warm and cosy
- having a very special partner in life
- my favourite tea cup
- my favourite tea, just the way I like it
- my yoga mat and practice space
- this amazing city and feeling at home in it

Sometimes it takes stepping away to be reminded of what you have and what fills you up 🤍

Full of gratitude 🙏

Had a beautiful event last night, creating space to completely relax and to reconnect back to the body, breath and self.

It was magical to bring the Tibetan bowls and the Gong together.

My heart is so full of gratitude ~ For all those who came to the event on a chilly Saturday night, for the beautiful studio space and the angels who helped us set up, for these magical instruments and healing sounds, for Alex and the magic of collaborating and supporting each other, and for being alive in the awesome city!
