Hello friend
I’m Sian (See-Anne), a South African making a life in Berlin. I’m a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Coach, Creative, Gemini, Space Holder, Explorer, and Lover of many things.
For many years, I’ve been exploring what it means to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I began my journey looking for happiness outside of myself. Eventually the journey led me to turn inwards instead, and this is when I found the peace and joy I was looking for.
Building a loving relationship with myself transformed my life—it taught me to slow down, trust, and live with deeper connection and meaning."
My Journey
There was a time when I felt completely lost and disconnected from myself. Deep down, I held the belief that I wasn’t good enough, and this shaped so much of how I approached life. I thought that by doing more and staying busy, I could prove my worth—or at least avoid sitting with myself. Work became my distraction and my comfort, but it also kept me stuck in patterns of judgment and overdrive.
Everything began to shift when I discovered yoga and journaling. At first, journaling was simply a tool to empty my mind and destress. And yoga was a way to “fix” my body, as I judged myself harshly and felt something was wrong with me.
Over time, though, these practices gently guided me into a deeper connection with myself—one rooted in self-acceptance and compassion. Slowly, I began to realize that I wasn’t broken and didn’t need fixing.
A pivotal moment in my journey was when I studied health coaching. I began with a focus on food and exercise, building healthier habits to support my body. But through the training, I was introduced to the concept of holistic health—exploring not just the physical, but also the emotional, spiritual, and relational aspects of well-being.
This was a profound shift that expanded my healing journey to include areas like career, creativity, joy, relationships, and my environment.
Years later, I dove even deeper, discovering the transformative power of sound healing, somatic movement, and mindfulness.
These practices brought me into the present moment and taught me how to truly be with myself.
Alongside this, mindset work became a core part of my growth. Through studying positive intelligence, reframing limiting beliefs, and cultivating resilience, I learned to embrace challenges, see the good in every situation, and trust in the flow of life.
Today, slowing down, connecting with the present moment, and building a loving relationship with myself are at the heart of everything I do.
I truly believe that the peace, joy and magic of this life is in the present moment. And so, being more present has become a deeper mission of mine. I hope to inspire you to also enjoy the here and now, to breathe it in, to feel the aliveness of each moment. And to do that, you first need to s-l-o-w d–o-w-n. What a gift to give yourself… to choose to slow down, to trust in how life unfolds, and to enjoy the moments.
Looking back, it’s incredible to see the transformation: from feeling lost, disconnected, and anxious to living with joy, peace, and trust in the universe.
My journey has taught me that healing isn’t linear—it’s a beautiful, unfolding process of reconnecting with yourself. And now, I’m here to help guide you on your own path of slowing down, rediscovering your inner world, and living authentically.
